PCBAgroup operates 8 high-speed SMT production lines, equipped with advanced high-speed placement machines such as Panasonic NPMD3, TT2, and CM602, as well as 10-zone reflow ovens, fully automatic solder paste printers, and wave soldering equipment.
Our inspection capabilities include SPI, X-RAY, offline/online AOI, and first-article inspection systems, enabling end-to-end automation and refined process control. With an SMT throughput of over 10 million placements per day, we can respond quickly to large-volume orders and deliver on time with reliable quality.
